Chris also has extensive experience in closing real estate acquisitions and dispositions, as well as structuring and negotiating associated financing for projects involving major sports facilities, mixed-use developments, a world-renowned nightclub, industrial properties, office buildings, restaurants, and bars. Reeder LLP also provides day-to-day real estate counsel, resolves complex issues efficiently, and handles commercial office and medical lease transactions.

Notably, Chris obtained a settlement that substantially reduced triple net lease charges for multiple groups of medical professionals, arising from fraud claims in the procurement of leases and lease extensions following the acquisition of several Class A medical buildings.
